Compensation claims
If you are involved in an accident and believe that Roads Service is responsible, you can download and complete the relevant claim form and submit it to Roads Service Claims Unit (RSCU). It will investigate your claim and determine whether you are entitled to receive compensation.
Claims forms
There are three different types of claim forms:
- personal injury
- property damage - for example, damage to your house, lands or possessions
- vehicle damage, specifically for claims for damage to motor vehicles

Where to send completed forms
Please sign and return the completed claim form to RSCU. The main RSCU office is in Clarence Court, Belfast and all claims may be returned to this office. The North West office is based in Orchard House in Londonderry and you may send forms to this office if your claim arises from an incident that happened in the North West.
