You can contact Land & Property Services (LPS) to ask for the personal details on your rate account to be updated.

How to use this service

If you wish to update your rate account about an issue that would change the person who is responsible for paying the rates, you should contact LPS to discuss this change in more detail. For example, where you have sold the property, where you have begun to rent out the property or where you wish to add another ratepayer to your rate account.

For changes where the person responsible for paying the rates has not changed, you can use an online form to request that the personal details on your rate account are updated. For example, where your name or address has not been spelt correctly, where you have changed your name, or where your have a new phone number.
