How to use this service

If you are updating your billing address because you have begun to let out a property that you own, you should be aware that rates for rental properties are governed by different rules from owner-occupied properties. You should contact LPS to notify them of this change and to discuss who is responsible for paying the rates. You can find out more about rates on rental properties using the following link:

If LPS is already aware of the rental status of the property, or the property is not being rented out, you can use an online form to request a change to the billing address on your rate account.
