Application for a Goods Vehicle Test Certificate GV2 (LGV and HGV tests)

For light goods vehicles the test is due on the third anniversary of registration and then every year afterwards.

For heavy goods vehicles the test is due on the first anniversary after registration and then every year afterwards. Download and complete this application form and send it to the address stated.
