The links below will take you to guidance on how to claim a tax or National Insurance (NI) repayment on the HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) site. Here you will find the relevant forms and advice about claiming a tax repayment. Where a form is needed it's important to refer to the guidance before completing the form.

You will need to print out the forms to complete them.
Note: The P50 Tax Claim form, accessible from the links below, is only applicable if you have stopped working during the tax year, are not claiming Jobseeker's Allowance and are not expected to return to work before the start of the new tax year (6 April).
